Well my point of view regarding this is, making money and customer satisfaction are two very relative points. If a company keeps its customers happy than it’s already a sign of great achievement for that particular company.
Secret behind a progressive company is always the kind of service the company is offering to it’s customers. Money making is not a big deal if you provide quality service to your customers. Likewise, they become your long term customers and also a huge reason that lets your company’s unlimited growth.
Therefore, I think the goal should be just focusing on the work and delivering quality service to the clients this will automatically help for a company in making money.
